GHG Announces 2022 Pop-Up Restaurant: COINDRE

Inspired by the sense of brotherhood that the CHS students feel, the GHG has created a new restaurant that focuses on community. The group has named it Coindre, after the Brothers of the Sacred Heart’s founder, Fr. Andre Coindre. Fr. Andre saw that the world lacked the love of Christ and decided to take matters into his own hands. He created the order and made it their mission to bring purpose to the lives of young people during a time of division in the world. The menu selections originate from countries and regions where the BOSH are stationed today.  Pairings reflect the sense of solidarity and love in thanksgiving for Catholic High School and the Brothers’ charism.

Proceeds from this restaurant will benefit the CHS Habitat for Humanity build later this year. Special thanks to Katy Touchstone, Chef Noah Lessard, and City Group Hospitality for their guidance and wisdom!

P.S. The 2022 Art Show is being held on the same night. Plan to attend both for a lovely night of culture hosted by CHS!
