The Catholic High School and St. Joseph’s Academy Spanish Clubs joined together on Tuesday, November 15th, to learn how to cook traditional Hispanic homemade dishes. The CHS students traveled to the SJA Home Economics Classroom and learned how to prepare tacos, tortilla de patata and sopapillas. It was a fun and creative learning experience that many of the members will take back home to their own kitchens. After cooking, the club members ate dinner together to celebrate their culinary success.
