The bowling bears were on a roll on Monday in Bossier City - taking down East Ascension in round one to advance in the playoffs. After a second close match up against Archbishop Rummel, the Bears continued on to the final round of play on Monday. A commanding win over undefeated Central Lafourche secured the Bears a final four spot next Thursday March 31st against Archbishop Shaw. Bears will get rolling at 10:15 am here at All Star Lanes. A win would put them in the state championship that afternoon!
The Bears also have 8 bowlers who will be competing for the singles state championship on Friday April 1st. The be eligible a bowler must have bowled at least 15 games in a Varsity match and have averaged at least a 180.
In addition the Bears have an impressive number of All-District Members and took home the District MVP this season.
