The Bears first beat St. Amant in the early match to advance in the semifinals by a score of 23.5 – 3.5.
The second game of the day was against H.L. Bourgeois. After a slow start, the Bears clinched the victory and moved on again. The score for that game was 20-7
The final game of the day saw the Bears take on Vanderbilt Catholic. It was a close match up – down to the final ball – but the Bears are moving on the final four with a rematch against Brother Martin after securing a 19-8 win over Vanderbilt.
Students on campus cheered on the bowling bears and watched in the student center yesterday during lunch. The Cur Dog Bowling team will be streaming their next match on Monday, April 26. Match starts at 10:00 and will be played at Premiere lanes in Gonzales.
