On Friday and Saturday, October 27^th and 28^th, the CHS Swim Team earned its 31^st consecutive Capital City Swim League (CCSL) Title in the championship meet held at Crawfish Aquatics. 

CHS won the team title amassing 599 points, just 65 points shy of a perfect score. Baton Rouge High placed 2nd with 367 points. The Bears won 9 of the 11 events contested and swept all three relays in convincing fashion. 

Additionally, CHS swimmers won 6 of the 8 individual events and scored in the Top 8 in 33 out of the 35 total finals swims.

Individual City Champions were:

            Alex Cooper – 200 Free, 100 Back

            Sammy Smith – 50 Free, 100 Free

            James Stuckey – 100 Fly

            Harrison Martin – 100 Breast

8 CHS swimmers were named Metro Swimming All-Academic Team:
