CHS Track & Field Team Places 2nd At State Meet

Congratulations to Coach Sean Brady and the Catholic High Track & Field team for their performance at the LHSAA Outdoor State Championship Meet this past weekend. The Bears had nine top 5 finishes on their way to a State Runner-Up finish.

CHS finished with a team total of 53 points.

The team won state championships in two events: Javelin and 4x400m relay. In the javelin, senior Paul Catalanatto captured the individual title with a throw of 205 ft. 9 in. On the track, the 4x400m relay team of Amari Clayton, Cameron Brazell, Hunter Ullrich, and Christopher McCullen set a PR on their way to a state championship performance.
