Catholic High fishing team members Harrison Kirkpatrick '26 and Noah Howell '25 placed 16th in Toledo Bend this past weekend while fishing the Bassmaster Louisiana High School Series. Their five best fish combined for 13.25 pounds.

In a field of over 200 boats, Kirkpatrick and Howell have now double-qualified for the state tournament to be held May 3-5 in Lake Charles. 

The team will travel to Douglas Lake in Tennessee this weekend to compete for an opportunity at the National Championship later this summer.
