The CHS Cross Country team captured the Regional Championship after a spectacular performance yesterday at Highland Road Park. CHS placed four runners in the top 10 and all seven Bears that competed finished in the top 25. 

The Big Orange Wave was led by senior David Lemann's 3rd place finish with a time of 15:28. Jonathan Thompson (4th), Matthew Maynard (5th), Peter Watson (6th), Blake Weber (15th), Dawson Stoeckle (19th), and Patrick Kelly (22nd) also contributed to the Bears' victory.

The team will now prepare for the state meet, which will be held in Natchitoches on Monday, November 13.
