Recently, Catholic High Athletic Director Ben DiPalma '00 received the Evelyn Cruse-Blanchard Memorial Award from the Louisiana High School Athletic Director's Association (LHSADA). The award is given each year by the LHSADA to the Louisiana Athletic Director of the Year. 

Last year, CHS won three state championships in football, swimming, and baseball. The Bears also earned state runner-up finishes in soccer, golf, indoor track, outdoor track, and lacrosse.
