The Catholic High basketball team celebrated the Class of 2025 on Tuesday night with a convincing 75-51 victory over Woodlawn. After leading by just two at halftime, the Bears used a 39-17 run to pull away from the visiting Panthers and improve their record to 29-3 on the season.
CHS honored nine seniors for their contributions to the program throughout their careers. Matthew Hotstream, Mikai Lacy, CJ Washington, Matthew Trahan, Nico Jones, Sam Levy, Brady Broussard, Austin Fruge, and Tate McCurry were all recognized during pregame ceremonies.
The Bears will close out the regular season on Friday night at Zachary. Tip-off is set for 7:15 p.m. Playoff pairings will be released on Monday, February 24.
