CHS Celebrates Bicentennial of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart

The Brothers of the Sacred Heart in the United States Province joined together at St. Stanislaus in Bay St. Louis on July 30th and 31st  to celebrate the Bicentennial of the founding of the order in Lyon, France in 1821. The celebration was delayed one year due to COVID, but this past weekend, hundreds of people associated with the Brothers gathered together to celebrate during the two days of festivities.

Joining the celebrations were members of the Catholic High faculty and Board of Directors (pictured below):

First row: Duane Leblanc, Lisa Harvey, Tracy Ducote, Margie Alexander, Brother Clifford King, S.C., and Sherie Leblanc.

Brothers of the Sacred Heart from the United States Province gathered to celebrate the 200th anniversary, including members of the General Council and Provincial Council (pictured below):
