Catholic High School administrators are proud to announce that 16 CHS seniors have been named National Merit Scholarship Finalists for 2024. CHS seniors Jackson Bardwell, Alexander Brown, Thomas Cagle, Thomas Crawford, Ethan Crochet, Luke Dawson, Evan Dayries, William de Souza, Oliver Hamilton, Christopher Kennedy, Caleb Lott, Isaac Miller, Andrew Schmeeckle, Graham Sellers, Hunter Ullrich and Jackson Whitlow will continue in the competition for more than 7,200 scholarships worth nearly $28 million. 

These young men submitted a detailed application about their academic records, participation in school and community activities, leadership accomplishments, honors, and awards to be considered as a National Merit Finalist. They were also endorsed by a school official, wrote an essay, and had outstanding grades throughout high school.
