CHS Wrestlers Clinch City Title
On Saturday, January 24, the Catholic High wrestling team won the Baton Rouge City Championship for the 34th time in program history. The Bears had five wrestlers win individual titles, racking up 253.5 points.
Paul Evans (106), Michael Hanemann (120), Caleb Kirk (126), Alec Sonnier (132), and Kristian Scott (157) all took home the win in their respective weight classes.
Up next for the Bears will be a trip to the LHSAA State Meet in Bossier beginning on February 6.
