CHS Basketball Defeats St. Thomas More, Moves On To Semifinals
On Friday night, the CHS Basketball team used tough, relentless defense to earn a hard-fought 54-51 quarterfinal victory at St. Thomas More. The win clinched CHS a spot in the LHSAA Division I Select semifinals this Wednesday against No. 1 seed John Curtis in Lake Charles.
The Bears and Patriots will tip off at 2:45 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon inside the Burton Coliseum. Tickets can be purchased at https://www.burtoncomplex.com/events/detail/lhsaa-boys-basketball-tournament. The LHSAA Network and NFHS Network will stream the game live. Fans can also listen to the game on 107.3 FM.
