Winter Sports Convocation 2025

On the evening of March 19, the Catholic High athletic department honored members of the basketball, wrestling, soccer, cheer, and powerlifting teams at the annual Winter Sports Convocation.

CHS Soccer Team Punches Ticket To State Finals

February 16, 2025

The Catholic High soccer team used a total team effort to take down top-seeded Denham Springs by a score of 3-1 and advance to state championship match next Saturday.

Soccer Bears Advance to Semifinals With Blowout Victory

February 12, 2025

The CHS soccer team used a hat trick from senior Mac Couhig to roll past visiting West Monroe 5-0 and punch their ticket to the Division I semifinals

CHS Soccer Moves On With Shutout Win

February 3, 2025

Last Friday night, the Catholic High soccer team blanked visiting Destrehan 4-0 and punched their ticket to the next round of the Division I playoffs.

Program Philosophy

CHS soccer players must make a full commitment to being Catholic High School student-athletes and everything that comes with these established high standards.

Student-athletes who are part of the soccer program will be highly motivated in continuing the rich tradition of the program. Players will play with pride, compete for championship titles, and develop life-long memories. Upon graduation from Catholic High, students will be a valued part of the program’s history for the rest of their lives. Most importantly, players will develop tools to be successful in life!
