Safe Homes
June 4, 2012

Dear CHS Families,

The Mothers’ Club of Catholic High, with the support of the school administration, will once again coordinate the SAFE HOMES program.  The goal of this program is to create safe and appropriate home and social environments for our young people.  We seek the support and participation of you as CHS parents and CHS students.

The first year of SAFE HOMES initiated a unifying forum specifically designed to encourage parental communication.  By once again designating your home as a SAFE HOME, you will indicate to other families an “open door” for questions and verification of event details.

High school is a challenge for parents and students alike.  New friends are made and activities change rapidly.  Parents lose the security of knowing all the parents of their son’s friends.  SAFE HOMES is an effort to assist you and your son in making wise choices concerning social activities.

Families who sign the SAFE HOMES pledge will be noted in the student directory.

We encourage all CHS parents and student to join in support of the program by signing the SAFE HOME pledge by clicking the link below.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Lisa Harvey
Principal
