Brother Barry Landry, SC is a member of the New Orleans Province of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart.  He graduated from Vandebilt Catholic High School in Houma, Louisiana in 1983.  He professed first vows as a Brother in 1987 and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Loyola University in New Orleans in 1989.  He earned his M.A. in Private School Administration from the University of San Francisco in 1996. Brother Barry taught full time at Catholic High School from 1989 – 1994, served as Assistant Principal for Discipline at Brother Martin High School from 1994 – 1998, and served as Academic Assistant Principal at CHS from 1998 until assuming the position of principal July 1, 2004.

Brother Barry served on the Board of Directors of St. Stanislaus from 1994 – 2000 and has served on the Brother Martin High School Board of Directors since 2000.  Brother also served on the Archdiocesan School Board for the Archdiocese of New Orleans from 1996 – 1998 and was President of the Archdiocesan School Board during the 1997 – 1998 school year.
