Catholic High's overall program of faith formation is designed to form young men to live their lives for others in the spirit of the Gospel. An important element involved in this effort is service to others, not only at school but also in the wider community.
The CHS spiritual growth program includes:
- Daily religious education and classroom prayer
- Eucharistic liturgies and Sacrament of Reconciliation
- Student Ministry team
- Yearly class retreats
- Service requirements
Eighth-grade students perform 5 hours of service.
Freshmen perform 10 hours of service.
Sophomores perform 15 hours of service.
Juniors participate in the Christian Service Experience of 40 hours of service.
Seniors perform 20 hours of service.
