Service, fun and promoting the Classics have been the Junior Classical League’s theme this year. Members have participated in several notable events such as service projects for St. Vincent de Paul and UNICEF, the annual Fall Forum, and the CHS Latin Prayer and Carol Service. JCL went to state convention in March, and several members will attend the national convention this summer in
North Carolina. Club President Kurt Ristroph serves on the state board and is the National JCL Editor.
Eligible: CHS students in grades 8-12 currently enrolled in Latin or students who have completed Latin II.
