The Catholic High School Board of Directors is ultimately responsible for the governance of Catholic High School and its operation. The Board of Directors' most important responsibility is to insure that Catholic High School is operated in accordance with the mission and charism of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart. The Board delegates to the president, principal and school administration the executive authority to operate the school in accordance with that mission and charism. Further, the Board explicitly refrains from interference in the administration of the school especially in areas such as personnel, curriculum, discipline and admission of individual students.
